Ok now on to what Ive been up to (other then taking care of the sickies) on the 21st I was in charge of a humanitarian activity at church and we made pillow cases to send to the childrens hospital in seattle. I didnt take my camera but next time I will try to remember. It was really fun to get to know the other ladies in our ward they are a hoot!
Well being locked up in the house for the past 3 weeks has started to take its toll on me and Ive been trying to figure out new craft projects to do to keep me from going insane so I decided to make a grab and go rag blanket out of some scrap sponge bob fabric I love how it turned out its super cute and the perfect size for a car seat, although I really dont have use for it since we dont have a little one so I guess it will be for a future baby shower gift.
I also decided to have a try at crocheting and have decided it will be something that I will have to do once the kids are older because you have to keep track of how many stitches and well with sickies it was just not happening so I just kind of went with the flow on this hat. I messed up a lot but decided to just keep going and it turned out cute..... well at least I think it did haha.
It is crazy how different her and Payton are that way. Payton takes after me big time as in "Who cares if I dont get it right at least I can make it fun" she is such a little spit fire and gives me a run for my money every single day!! I love my girls and cant wait to see what they are like as they grow. They are the best girls ever!!!
Michael has been busy as usual with work and trying to find fun new ways to get the students excited about what they are learning and it takes his toll on him some days. I told him he should make a blog with little clips of funny things that students say because he has a ton of off the wall students that say the darnedest things it would be really funny!! If he actually does it I will post a link. well thats it for now until next time
