Christmas/New Year

We have had some pretty crazy days lately. We just got done moving again to another house here in Yakima, no we have not purchased a home, the one we were renting was not in the best financial situation so we moved to a more secure home. So 2 days before Christmas (December 23 to be exact) we moved. I will never move right before christmas ever again unless it is to move into our own home. I absolutely love the house we are in now it is 2 yrs old and is located in a cul-de-sac which is awesome and very quiet. We have not heard any sirens since moving here which I love!! But since we had to move and it is impossible to find a safe/family friendly dogs alloud rental we had to rehome our Pixie. The girls are ok with it since pixie now has a friend. She went to a great couple in vancouver WA that have 4 kids I know she will be well taken care of. Now Myla and Payton keep asking when we can get another baby doggy, and a "hairy" Kitty (I want a hairless sphynx so allergies arent bad but the girls want a hairy one haha.)

So Christmas was fun we opened all the presents that were under the tree on christmas eve then we had the girls put there stockings under the tree so santa would know where to put their presents. They were both so into it this year it was a ton of fun.

Myla wanted to go to bed at 6:30 because I kept telling her santa wont come until you are asleep she sure is a silly kid. but Payton was another story after we put them to bed an "Santa" was putting the presents under the tree here came little Payton with a huge smile and her hands out as she said "HEHE I SEE YOU!!!" This kid is a crack up it was cute but she is a stinker she is sure going to give us a run for our money. Christmas morning came and I was the first one up go figure, so I woke michael up and we went and got the girls they were so excited as the girls opened presents (well we had to open the packaging which is horrible) Michael and I had our Christmas Soda's. I love how we have combined the traditions each of us grew up with it makes it fun.

This past weekend my parents came up for the family reunion in Sunnyside so they stopped here on there way home. Since we didnt see them for christmas we had a little gift exchange the girls loved opening presents they even opened mine. Thank you for stopping by Cookiema and Poppa we love you guys.
